Clients are licensed to use images to market their listing of the subject property.  License is non-transferable.  Photographer retains all copyrights.

Blended Photography is a digital photography technique whereby multiple exposures of the same scene are layered and blended to create the images you desire.

The brain helps your eyes to perceive both the interior and exterior (i.e., window view) at the same time. A camera cannot ... not without help anyway. This is where blended photography comes into play.

Prices start at $250; surcharge for distance and/or properties over 5,000 sq ft
